I was cramping so hard today at school I just wanted to go home. The school doesn’t allow kids to bring their own medicine like ibuprofen or take it without supervision even for that. But I sneak it anyways because the nurse doesn’t even have ibuprofen, only Tylenol which makes me sleepy in school and is not good.

That sounds insane. And backwards. Why would anyone not allow to bring your own medication. That doesn't sound legal.

•I once got caught with ibuprofen in high school. Drug dog sniffed it out. They detained me thinking it was weed or smth and then they found it was just a bag of slightly crushed ibuprofen tablets that I used for (yup) menstrual cramps and they were like "ok we'll let you go THIS time but you have to register that as a medication you are allowed to take with a doctor's note yada yada"
I ignored it and they never did catch me again. Lmao.

I bring ibuprofen to school too a lot of people do you just have to make sure they don't see you take it I usually just bring it with me to the bathroom to take it if I have to with my water bottle and say I'm gonna refill my water or something
or if it's in the cafeteria with a lot of people I just do it bc they probably won't see me out of like a third of the school in that room and single me out
