We all do. I think about my exes for years ago. The main thing to remember I'd what caused the break up, if it was them, you don't want someone that doesn't want you, and if it was you remember why you decided to not be with them.
This is ESPECIALLY true if they really hurt you. Never go "crawling" back. If it was meant to be it will be, and if it's not meant to be you'll find someone else in time. In the mean time really spend time learning to love yourself!
