So while on a drive home with my best friend family, they were asking me question about my parent at one point they ask me how old are my parents, and i answer that i don't know how old is my father they are surprised and i just told them that i dodn't grew with my dad and don't know lot thing about him, and they just felt akward, apologiseand stop asking questions, but the thing is is they didn't have to apologize, it's no big deal for me, i don't really care if i have a dad or not i'm better off without one to be honnest. But they react like it was something that shouldn't be talk about, that it was bad and armful, when it's really not.

Am i weird about that? I mean i just don't care, i don't feel sad or anything, it's just like that. Should i be feeling bad about not having a dad? I feel like my reaction and feeling toward that is abnormal. It's realy weird to see people feel sorry for me when i don't even give a damn myself.

But also i don't feel things like everyone, the only thing i feel like everyone is grief, the rest is not really like the rest of the world. It's hard to describe but i know that my view of the world is really not normal.

I guess that i'll have to be more carefull when i speak to people from now on. I hate feeling abnormal, even if i am.

I think that you aren't abnormal! From what you've said about the way you live, you have normalized not having a dad. But as the majority of families are used to have a father figure (or two!), they see your case as the strange one. Honestly, I don't think you are wierd 'bout that, just what is normal for someone is wierd for others and so on :)
