Can you bring someone with you? My friend is terribly scared of needles, has bad veins, and when we were at the hospital, the nurse scared her lmao but I held her face to distract and console her while she cried through it...
If not, maybe fiddle with your phone if you can, or stare off into the distance and contemplate life.
