No, you’re prices are pretty darn good!
The issue may be from visibility (or really the lack of visibility), like not that many folks know of you & thus may not know they can commission you.

You might be better off just working towards marketing yourself and growing your following. During that time you can always keep doing art you want, learning and improving your art, while waiting for someone to order.
If you need money for an emergency or something, then you could lower prices. But if no one is biting, and your prices are below $30 USD, the price isn't the issue for actual prospective consumers.
