A lady that is a regular at the McD's that i work at, comes through and picks 1 person to target
And then she is as rude as possible (at least, as rude as she can be without getting real consequences) to that one person and only that one person
So
For some reason
I am now her target lol
So anyway
Like 2 days ago, she comes through the drive through, this is the 2nd time ive taken her order
And i ask if she wants to use the mobile app (which is part of my job)
And this is how it when down (M: will be me L: will be her)
M: hi welcome to mc donalds will u be using the mobile app today?
L: stop asking me about the mobile app!
M: ......
L: orders food and drives to 1st window to cash out you need to stop asking me about the mobile app.
M: ma'am its a part of my job requirement to as-
L: idc! Im the customer and i dont like it so you need to stop asking me about it!
M: tells her the total, calls for my boss, and takes a long time to cash her out so my boss could come back
So then my boss tries to tell this woman that its part of my job to ask about the app, and this woman goes (and im quoting her exact words) "i dont care! If she (me) asks me about the mobile app one more time i will sue her! Not mc donalds, but her personally!"
.... this lady threatened to sue me because i asked about a mobile app THAT GETS U DISCOUNTS ON FREAKING FOOD XD WHAT
This is 100% a karen oml
Anyway ya so im her target now cuz this was the 2nd time she did this
Last time she asked for my name so she could report me for "not asking to take her order" which i did do btw (obviously i didnt give her my name cuz its not required of me to and i didnt want to cuz she was being dumb lol)
So u guys will probably get a LOT more funny stories about this woman

I think what makes it funnier is that it is literally part of your job to ask that question, it’s not a question asked to specific customers, but to everyone!
