I saw the "Surprise" episode of Bluey today and...

The character they thought was mentioned, DIDN'T EVEN GET MENTIONED! It was someone else! And the design we saw in the last shot was a LOT more ambiguous than what people were making it out to be!
Fans need to stop jumping to conclusions when it comes to leaks and other material that gets released earlier than it should. Especially if they're phone-recorded off of someone's TV.
