Yes i think it is very good
I feel there needs to be more shadow somewhere tho
From which angle is the light hitting and what portions of the hair r where? (Like r there some that r meant to be on top of one another? Some meant to be more towards the back? Etc)

I think a single shadow in the curve of the hair at the very bottom is a little weird as is doesn't follow the flow of the hair. But other than that it looks amazing and that could just be me being picky
