Chibi Arabian Randall

In order to battling art block, I decided to draw my newest boy, Randall in his Arabian Nights (He is actually a belly dancer) costume but in chibi version. This is the first time I attempt glowing in my art.

Randall is South African but raised in Egypt and Australia during his childhood.
