New character concept?

His name is Riley. He’s an awkwardly cheerful recluse and instead of regular organs like most people, he’s got a creature living inside of him that eats other humans. If it doesn’t get access to its “food”, it’ll start eating Riley from the inside.

It’s kinda like those parasites that sometimes latch on to a fish’s tongue
