Ikr like I can’t even draw with long nails tbh, and it annoys me cause I feel like it having long nails for me is not my vibe :/

Coming from a person who usually has long nails, it feels weird when I cut them short and there are things where I'm like "how do I do this with short nails??" It's just a matter of what you're used to and what you prefer/feel more comfortable with.

•I prefer to keep my nails long and I swear, whenever one breaks so it doesn't reach past the fingertip, that finger becomes next to useless to me. 
I have very small hands with fingers shorter than my palm so that extra length is a godsent.
I'm just so used to having long nails and I have trouble picking things up if they're gone. They're especially handy when esting berries and such! They're like built-in forceps. :p (Also tapping a melody an a desk is fun!)
Though one thing is that my nails are SUPER hard so they don't bend at all. Absolutely zero flexibility on these. Whenever I do clip them, they're like knives and I end up having my face and scalp covered in scratches for the next day or two until they dull down. I only cut them when the white part is significantly longer than the pink for that reason and I avoid cutting them all the same day. e_e I do wonder if I'd keep them long if they were as soft and bendy as my mom's.
