A WIP: Tubbo in a dino hoodie (painting practice!!)

I'm trying to practice digital painting and I was curious if there was any tips for what I can work on for what's drawn so far as well as for coloring/shading skin and eyes :D? Thank you so much I'll make sure to post the finished piece as we when it's finished :]!!
