It's actually the reason why I started to learn digital art, but I kinda lost sight of my goal because I was obsessed with making Danganronpa fanarts
But I keep wondering if my art is good enough to do a VN...

Yeah, I think your art is good enough. You should absolutely make a visual novel. But you can start with a short story and then gradually make longer and more complex ones.
