share your bad sketchbook pages

screw perfectionism!!! ✨🗑️ we all got those trash books ( or files for the digital artists) laying around!! Show them off!! The messier the better :] ‼️‼️💥💥 I want to promote the idea that making bad art is ok!! That it's a normal part of being an artist!! "Failure" is a catalyst for improvement!! Extra points for describing how you use your bad pages or sketchbooks in your process or how they help you with your art journey overall this is one of mine!! I kinda just sketch overtop of everything else. If I don't like something I drew I just draw something else on the page— this serves as a way for me to warm up (yes, warming up makes ur art better, ur always gonna be bad on ur first attempt), to study or rework an idea, and to thumbnail. Sometimes I also test colors and palettes as well. I'll also take notes on what I learned while drawing from reference, what I need to improve on, or any ideas that come to mind. Sometimes I'll later move onto a more final piece, sometimes I won't.
