Hey there, that's a lovely painting 
I myself usually make the eyes the center of the attention, meaning that the eyes are more sharp, detailed, contrasted, I would definitely try to add some sharp highlights in her eyes so it reflects the bright lighting on her skin ( that's probably too late in water color painting but I would not be afraid to use acrylic titanium white just to paint the highlights in her eyes to make them wet) and also the hair looks a bit flat, I would definitely add some highlights in the hairs as well 
and if in comparison to the reference or intention if she is too dark I would use a lot darker background to make her optically more bright or the opposite way, if she should be more dark use a bright background, if you use a background that is in hue and shade it kinda makes a very low contrast in the painting and the subject less visible, dominant,.. It's always great to make a photo of the painting and turn it to gray scale let me know if you have any questions

I see nothing wrong with this one. She's gorgeous, I love these strong orange and yellow colors. You put some grey or purple shades under her chin as well, it makes your drawing more spectacular. Amazing work!
