Looking For SomethingFrom March 4th 2022.
I've mentioned the DeviantArt group OC-Training here before and last year I put my post-apocalyptic fantasy protagonist, Oliver, through it. This was for the "Guess Who" -task, where people had to guess what the character was all about based on the image alone.
But since that was over a year ago, I'll include a short summary here anyways: Oliver starts off in a very dark place. He left the safety of his home settlement in search of either a cure to his ailments... or death. He didn't really care which. But instead, he found a lot of new non-human friends. :)
And a powerful enemy but pfft, who cares about that. Friends are great!
In this scene, Oliver's new friend, Colin, had been poisoned by accident and Oliver was scrambling to find an antidote after the poisoner suggested there might be some in a nearby abandoned house. But before Oliver found what he needed, he found old photos of those who had once lived in the house. How sad...Mar 17, 2023
