Thanks for your suggestions. I guess I kept it simple. "Joyeux anniversaire" means "Happy birthday" in French. I initially wanted to draw my cat because my grandmother likes to pet him, but it'd have been a bit more complicated so I didn't do it in the end. I think the outcome is great.
