Land Shanties 3/7 
Here’s the next song from the Land Shanties series! I like a band called The Longest Johns, who were part of that TikTok shanty thing (but I don’t use Tiktok and found out about them from a song about trees!). In 2021 they did an elaborate ad for a car company, which was a seven song EP called Land Shanties. The songs are sort of silly but also genuinely good, and I’m making art with a lyric from each of the songs.
This line is from Beyond The Light, which is a song about finding out how long you can go before you run out of gas.
