Willow isn’t a fashionista XD
Willow doesn’t like to wear clothes because not only does it make her uncomfortable but it doesn’t help with her blending in with the shadows. She likes to be sleathly when she attacks someone from out nowhere because then she has the element of surprise. Also, she can change how she looks whenever she wants which explains as to why she has no pupils. (P.S. I wanted to draw her in a cool outfit and I thought this would funny.
