Also pay attention to the way a cast shadow actually lies on the surface under an object.

I like the reflections. I think maybe accentuating them would be really eye-catching. I also like how you've captured the flaws, though. The one on the right doesn't reflect the same as the left due to a bit of bruising, but it's subtle.
