Personality/Background:
Very bubbly and social. Due to PTSD and autism, he speaks in a juvenile manner at times. This causes other ponies to misjudge his intelligence. He’s very school-oriented, mostly worried about studies. Scooter isn’t a recluse, though, and can often be found at school-related social events. They are originally from Dodge Junction and now reside in Canterlot for school.
Scooter refuses to mention any of their past, but suffers from current issues that indicate some sort of struggle. Currently he’s being challenged to paint with sincerity to that past. Outside of painting, Scooter loves formally studying and practicing methods of color theory to create a distinct voice.
Relationships:
Scooter is mates with Ice Shine and best friends with Prism Shadow. Scooter has a number of friends that’ll be introduced over time.
