I haven't been taking my meds properly and I feel so shitty right now and I usually vent to my boyfriend but I don't wanna bother him because hhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh
Really kinda ruins me everytime I stop taking my pills and I go crazy again, like its not a bad thing to need them I guess but if y'all knew my dad you'd understand, he's always going off about how I dont actually need them but I really do and I have his voice in the back of my head whenever I take them and just ugh

They work best if you take them properly daily, try your best. You do need them and they help a lot.
