yes, i just open mine for a split second to get rid of the red dot and then immediately close them. i dont have push notifications on.

Oh I get absolutely overwhelmed when any kind of notification comes in (that why I have them turned off really ^^) I know being an artist comes with it though… I get happy when I get notifications like those on my art but I have to brace myself first ;;;

I get very happy but I also get a bit overwhelmed myself. I just let them pile up and then check them once it's slowed down some! It's like waiting to open gifts until they've piled up and it also makes me feel better that I can reply at one time and get most of the comments responded to at once!
