Piper

Piper is a hero with the mightiest power of them all. Heart! That was a joke.

She has the ability to control the speed of objects/people. She mostly uses it to control the speed of her sword to make it move faster than the naked eye can register. And sometimes uses it to make herself go faster. It can also slow down opponents but she doesn’t use that part much.

Using her powers on people cause muscle fatigue and head rushes.

She has always wanted to be like sailor moon so she specifically asked for her hero outfit to be made in the magical girl style. So here she is in all of her glory!Jan 4, 2023
