Pigmeni (Fakemon based off of TBOI Boss, Dogma)

Description:
Born from lightning storms, Pigmeni has found it's home in discarded office supplies. Most often found in abandoned warehouses or factories, Pigmeni constantly emit a faint sound similar to that of old CRT TV static.
It loves to race back and forth in enclosed spaces, releasing massive amounts of static electricity as it does. If it does so for long enough, it can even cause blackouts or, in some cases, thunderstorms.
Ability: Static Dogma
When HP falls to 25% or less, Pigmeni changes to it's Archangel form and recovers 50% of it's maximum HP. If an opponent made contact with the Pokémon to trigger this ability, that opponent now becomes paralyzed, regardless of type or ability.

The user launches sparks at the opponent that explode on impact. 25% chance to paralyze.
Delta Blast(Psychic) - 5 PP - 85 ACC - 130 BP
The user generates an immense amount of psychic energy, then fires three beams at the opponent. This move has a 15% chance to paralyze, freeze, or burn the target. The recoil from this move harshly lowers the user's Sp.Atk stat.Jun 30, 2021
