From the ray of sunshine, Sunny, now I come to view the nocturnal Nebula. She seems to have a very serious disposition - don't mess with her. Do all of your elemental OCs have special tattoos around their eyes? I noticed Sunny had a sun-shaped one, and now I see Nebula has a claw shaped tattoo
Her design kind of reminds me of Raven from the Teen Titans - pale skin (and pants), long and dark clothing with a hint of purple for the highlights. The limited lighting you added for her was excellently placed~ I especially like how it hits her long, flowing hair
Her eyes sparkle like the stars amongst those pitch black sclerae. In speaking of stars, I really like the galaxy cape you gave her!! And the crescent moon-shaped brooch was an excellent choice
Of course, I can't ignore the ominous shadows emanating from her hand. Twisting and turning like a ball of yarn. What can she do exactly? Could she travel through shadows? Create projectiles? Whatever it is, you definitely wouldn't want to be on the wrong end of it. What I would like to do is talk about those gorgeous clouds that cover the bottom of the image! I love that cloudy pattern - very ominous, but very fluffy.
