rorochan_1999 was a 14/13 year old girl who jumped from 13th story of the apartment she lived in in 2013 . she livestreamed on sites such as niconico , she also had Twitter where she would tweet about a lot , her livestreams were named to attract older people , to bring attention , in her livestreams she played piano , sing and sometimes sounded panic , she wanted to become a legend . There is a song dedicated towards her called " ruru's suicide show " on youtube . Rip , fly high .
