I just use an emoji generator when I’m stuck :) ooh or the app WannaDraw, it’s by these artists on Instagram who draw known characters in odd ways

You could do a painting or drawing where you have to add all color, shading and details using dots and only dots.
Recreate a famous piece of artwork in your style or do a piece in a famous artist’s style.
Take a mundane object that you have in your house and make it pretty (Ex: take a plan box and paint on it.)
Make a collage out of non art materials. (Ex: currently I’m making a flower collage out of spam mail that I’ve gotten from colleges.)
