Vent stuff, heavy topics
I try to be fairly positive, or at-least fairly joke-y and lighthearted but honestly. Feel horrible lately.
My dad had blood pressure over like. 240 or smthn, almost had a heart attack or a stroke but somehow didn’t, he doesn’t care and hasn’t changed his lifestyle at all. I don’t know if I care about whether he’s around anymore or not.
The mice are still around
Got a new puppy running around and my other dog is going through after-pregnancy shedding stuff, so she looks pretty shaggy atm, which isn’t helping my fear of my family and I neglecting them (we aren’t, but my parents used to neglect our old dogs so if they start, I feel responsible for not stopping them)
Also kind of struggling w my relationship rn
And all this while still going to school and changing my meds.Oct 11, 2021

I actually relate to you on this.
My dad has diabetes and has high blood pressure too. Nothing bad has happened to him yet, but he's still being extremely reckless with his diet. When I say something about it, he doesn't take me seriously, or agrees but never changes. It scares me because I love him and don't want him to be dead or bedridden by the time I graduate. We have so much more time to spend together in this world, I don't want him taking it away from himself like that.
I can't say anything on the relationship part because I haven't been in a relationship, but I wish you good fortune on that as well.
I wish you the best on all of your problems rn. It may feel hopeless right now, but things will get better, I promise.

•So, I’m sorry tiny inner me. You’re going to have to wait to come out, and heal. We aren’t entirely safe yet.

My brain hurts and I feel so lost yet so in control. I know it’s a bit of a trauma response; to take complete control and “auto pilot” my way through it even though my inner child is screaming “please help me please don’t neglect me”. But if I get stuck in pitying myself, I’m going to have a massive episode and I can’t afford to do that atm
