this is an old drawing i did back in april-june but i never posted it anywhere because i had such a love hate relationship with itthe girl is Onyi, she’s one of my oc’s and she goes on to be a hero named Alleycat,, this is supposed to be the moment where she decides that pseudonym in her youth
it defines her since she grew up with little money living off what she could get,, bit of subtle symbolism or whateva
the reference i used had more natural colours but i wanted her surroundings to match her aesthetic,, if i had drawn it now i’d use subtler tones
,,, maybe i should redraw it… ANYWAYSu can see the difference in my rendering style if u compare this to Azula
