I most agree.
Both the plant and fungus kingdoms have some common characteristics, like cell walls and membranes. While both are eukaryotic and don't move, plants are autotrophic - making their own energy - and have cell walls made of cellulose, but fungi are heterotrophic - taking in food for energy - and have cell walls made of chitin. Fungi cells do not contain chloroplast, a key feature of plant cells and photosynthesis.
This mislabeling is downright deceitful, and I do not stand for it.
