Please help a fish out!!
How does one... un-stiffen(?) a paintbrush? For context, i used oil paints and then tried to clean my brushes, but a day later and they're oddly stiff. Any tips would be appreaciated :DMay 20, 2022

There are also brush cleaners out there but … depends on the brush I suppose …
Nailpolish remover works nicely with acrylics but I don’t think will do well with oils…
Other options… maybe soaking the tips in oil for a while to soften and then cleaning everything off with dang what was it called … that scrubbing soap that one shouldn’t use too long for hands cause it’ll get rid of the oils and make your hands all dry … comes in soap bars?

•Try soaking them in terpentin for a while - but chances are (with oil paint and acrylics) that the brush is basically ruined
