Art summary
The last few months of 2020 I made more art progress than I think I did in all the rest of the year, haha. I blame/thank Artfol for this. It makes so much of a difference to have a community of artists around you to talk to and send wips to and just... be excited about art with. I'd never had an art friend before I came to Artfol, and my gosh, it's everything I ever wanted, hahaha

Feb was a fun drawing of my oc Evie. I wanted to draw her with pointy ears and green. Wanted some green

April was a cutie drawing of my two ocs in one of my stories. Daes is the pink boy and Lusa is the blue girl. Daes is a witch, Lusa is a warlock, their story is short but mostly cute.
May was like my favorite time I've drawn Skylar. Ever. He's so hard to draw but I love him so much. His magic is that he can know what to say to make you feel a certain emotion.
June was a rough month, didn't draw much, wasn't satisfied with my style/style consistency.
July, oh July, this is still one of my favorite drawings of Dorin, gosh I love it soooo much
and I drew it off the backbone of a bad drawing of Dorin. I shifted the lineart, redrew the hair, and boom. Good drawing. So take that as a lesson that even bad art can be used for good 
August was the month I took requests, and I did this huge dragon piece. I'm not sure the person was even like... Super thankful for it, but like... I learned a lot from it and I quite liked the result so it was worth the time spent!
September I found the ever popular angelganev on Instagram, through someone I followed doing one of their dtiys. I'm sad I came to the trend so late and didn't get to do any more of them. Literally the last one of 50
October I believe Artfol came back online? And I steeped myself in it man, I got so charged from being here. It's Dorin again. I spent so long on this, I don't exactly regret it but I don't want to repeat the time spent
November, ohhhhhh November. I FINALLY redrew my favorite piece of art I'd ever made, and I made it SO MUCH BETTER. So happy with it.
December is Deru, and I love my bby boy. I literally doodled mushrooms and then drew him afterwards, haha
Did you make or meet any art goals for 2020? I didn't, but I sure improved anyways!
My goal for 2021 is to finish at least one of my stories, and at least finish ONE short comic. Whether it's a single freaking page, or a few. I can do that RIGHT??Jan 8, 2021#artsummary
