Character Inspiration Challenge - NinaMeet Nina, my MLB Oc ! Just a regular high schooler so annoyed with Hawkmoth's poor performance as a villain that she tries to find who he is. Paris deserves an actual villain, and he's clearly not qualified for the job.
Lonely heart, by 5sos : I had the idea for Nina while listening to this song. The vibes really suit her as well as some parts of the lyrics (the loneliness and everything), even tho she probably doesn't listen to 5sos
Mermista, She Ra and the princesses of power : Like Mermista, Nina is bored and annoyed most of the time, rolls her eyes every time someone says something stupid, and have the personnality of a wet cat. She loves reading mystery and crime novels and is thrilled when given the opportunity to live her dream of being a detective. She probably has a detective costume too because she's extra.
Sherlock, Sherlock (BBC show) : Nina loves Sherlock, and they have a lot in common. Like Sherlock, Nina is bad as socialising : she isn't interested in casual relationships, is a bit to honest and doesn't have enough patience to deal with her peers. She, too, has a total of one friend : Luka, who basically adopted her. She also is also skilled in analysing everything, has a great memory for stuff she finds interesting. They also share their love for music : Nina plays cello.
Gansey, the raven cycle : Like Gansey, Nina is a walking aesthetic post. The aesthetic comes first, the practical aspect is... Just a detail.
She probably made a miniature Paris like he did with Henrietta. Her walks are covered with evidence for her investigation, like what you see in detective cliche movies (with the red strings and everything). Like him, she's obsessed with her impossible quest and doesn't care that much about other stuff, but somehow she found people to help her with it too (Luka, mainly).May 23, 2023
