Floating Red Cube

An acrylic painting that I finished last week :]

I could tell you the context to the red floating cube, but I kinda want people to make their own interpretation of it...
One day I will actually tell you about lore stuff etc in my characters world, and more information about the characters themselves, but that day is not today lol

Ok but more about the painting itself:
My favorite part is the sky, specifically the clouds. They were fun to paint and I think they turned out great!
The most challenging part was painting the person and dog. It's supposed to be Raymond with his dog Steak, but when I paint my ocs I always struggle to make them look like themselves. They also tend to look somewhat inconsistent when I draw them :(
