Suggestive content, DNI UNDER 16Why did Netflix need to make a series about a real life racist murdering sex offender cannibal. From what I’ve heard it does a decent job at portraying him and not glorying him but I really hope the watchers don’t romanticize it. 
Even though I like true crime and learning about that stuff, I just wish we please stop making movies about real life sexual killers. Do the victim’s families at least get paid or something with this though.

Understandable i watch/listen to True crime every once in a while, BUT there are already like 'just why another one?' amount of televised docu series on Dahmer. Why another, Netflix, please put more money in the good shows ya cancelled.
Also, from one of the victim's family members (it seems) that it's a 'no', Netflix did not informed anyone which is fuked up (not illegal) but still fuking wrong and despicable.
But sadly, any of it (made or not) there will always be degen forum glorifying these killers.
However, my ass did watch the series before lookin at any media and review til now...
The reviews are a mix bag, some good, others...turned off their brain for some reason, but what really annoyed me about some of these reviews (particularly critics) is that lack of understanding that this is a true story involving real victims. Yet some of them are too busy complaining about the 'slow pacing' or 'redundancy' ( to emphasize a social message) on why it is 10 Ep.
I do like that it is focused on the victims way more that other drama docu series I've seen before, and actually talks about how incompetent the police were along with other societal issue (not surprised coming from the creator who did Pose).
But still, Fuk Netflix for not informing the victims family and all the time it cancelled good shows.

I could be wrong but I think they ask the victim(s)/their families for permission before doing these kinds of shows
