4 The cords of death entangled me; the torrents of destruction overwhelmed me.5 The cords of the grave coiled around me; the snares of death confronted me.
6 In my distress I called to the Lord; I cried to my God for help.
From his temple he heard my voice; my cry came before him, into his ears.
Psalms 18:4-6

Human = Lost souls/ Depression/ Us
Sea = Troubles/ Emotions

-Depressions are like us unable to breathe under water; gallons of water in our throat and lungs but we are unable to stop/ swallow even vomit. There’s nothing we can do to stop water flowing into our lungs; therefore we gave up in struggling.
- Depression is like trying to swallow all of our emotions deep down in our heart, but our it is like an ocean, no matter how much we swallow there’s still plenty surrounded us.
- it’s tough to describe how depression feels like, but all of our distress has been heard even before we speaks; he knows and he cares, turn your face to HIM and you shall receive peace.May 3, 2021
