I use krita, it has an option where I can click that allows me to draw the same thing on both sides. (Draw both eyes at the same time) so both sides are the exact same! That definitely helps a lot. I'm not sure what program you use but maybe it has that option.
well there are a lot of types of lineart you can do, the easiest in my opinion being smooth lineart (you've seen it and I've seen it it's everywhere) which is most used in cartoons and anime since it has less detail and is basicaly compatable with any art style, only downside is that the end result for the lineart might not be the best (but it can look good if done right by ading volume to the strokes of each line or it can also be fixed by using a more textured brush or pressure sensitivity and smoothing if you are drawing digitaly) but if you want to be a little extra you can also try making the lineart look more sketchy which will make it more lively and appealing imo, since it isn't as restrictive as the smooth lineart and it allows you to use your mistakes in the lineart as an advantage sometimes. Or if you hate lineart like me use your sketch as the lineart and just clean out the extra lines.
Digitally, there is a tool called Dinamic Pen, or Smoother, it helps a LOT

Traditionally, I'm not very knowledgeable in the topic, but I know there's a special pencil that works like the smoother, it is a pencil with very long hairs.
