Ibispaibtx is a very god fre program. It has a layout that is easy to learn and has a lot of good features. Some of the features are behind a pay wall :(. And you have to watch ads for most of the brushes. But it is still very good even if you don't pay for it.

•Sketchbook is pretty good! I've been on it for years. There's been rumors that there might be a payment, but I haven't noticed anything honestly since I've had it. My only gripe, they took away the Copic Markers a few years ago
