Milligan is a musically-gifted and creative kid who spends her time more at home than anywhere else. Reason being is because she’s homeschooled. Social interaction with other people is very hard for her to achieve.

Milligan does have one friend and his name is Uto. Uto is an imaginary friend she had since she was a little girl. He helped her out through a lot of situations. Using too much creativeness can drive her to be very sleepy.

Sleeping is another thing she loves to do. It gets to a point where she can be locked out of reality and stay locked in whatever dream or nightmare she has.
