just go up and say "hey can you be a little more quiet k thanks bye" and then leave. unless conversation comes up then just let conversation do its thing

Write a little note and tape it somewhere they would see. If the stomper continues, put another note. And if that still doesn’t help and you don’t want to talk to them then what nihilist said. At least that’s what I'd do ^-^"

If you live in a flat, then report it to the office or landlord or whoever's in charge. It's what I do instead of directly confronting the person.

its been a couple weeks, but i dont think i can tolerate it anymore bc it’s pretty darn loud (the same ppl were bouncing a ball at some point…. which we asked them to stop….so i just assume they lack self awareness)
