I kinda feel the same way.
Maybe you could pretend that it's a piece of fanart instead of your oc when you are writing the post? Or, you can just not say it's your oc when you post the art. Get into a habit of posting them without explicitly saying that they are your oc, and then later when you are feeling more confident explicitly state it? IDK if either of those would help, but I wish you luck with posting online about your OC's!
