Honestly saying I’m a genius whenever I do something really stupid actually has given a little boost to my self confidence I totally recommend it

Think self deprecation humor can be funny but not if it’s like “yeah I suck at everything and I’m worstless” cause that just kills the mood for everyone. I find it funnier if it is just a small part of a bigger joke and something that is obviously not true

i did it for years to trick myself into actually believing it so that I don't hate myself honestly worked pretty well tho
