“The Crystal Seers”
The Crystal Seers, also known as Crystal or Gem Dwarves are a specific civilization of Dwarves that reside in the Floating Mountains. As their name suggests these mountains are eternally hanging above the Gemstone Peaks region of Scornwald, suspended by the powerful Magicks of their Dwarven residents. There are four floating mountains with gigantic interconnected tunnel systems the size of cities. These eccentric people are adept in the art of stone and gemseeing. In particular the Crystal Seers are masters of reading the future through the Crystals that grow within the cold, damp walls of the the Mountains. They also have a knack for using magic to puppeteer thin, metallic limbs connected to stone shell-plate suits. It is also said these odd folk have close ties to the Cloud Elves of Freefall - both civilizations being just as aloof and pursuing equally esoteric studies.May 26, 2023#dwarves
