Get a sketchbook spread and fill it with as much if the thing I'm tryna draw as I can (use reference for one page, do the other from memory)

•I’ve never done studies before, I think they’re boring(ik I should probably do some) so usually I just experiment in my drawings :/

•I usually take someone's OC to train poses and relations, it's really hard to use someone else's creation in a good way

•I feel like my practice comes while I do my normal pieces like oof have something I want to draw? Never drawn it before or its hard? Challenge accepted! So I go through Pinterest or something to find the refs I need, maybe trace a little to get the feel of what I'm gonna be doing and then put the traced version aside and use it as a reference along with the og refs and draw it again and the add my own stuff/Frankenstein it. Sometimes I'm just messing around with stuff until it looks good aka fake it till you make it Ig....
