Thunderstorm Jolteon - Anime North 2024

Today's beast is a Thunderstorm Jolteon! I like making variants on pokemon, and this one is based on a sketch I did a few years back. The yellow and lighting stripes glow in the dark.

I've done alt designs for Leafeon and Vapreon in sets of four, based on seasons and marine environments respectively, but lightning is lighting, so I'm satisfied with one here.
