Question: (probably got scammed but I am asking anyways if anyone had this experience solved) so basically I purchased an item through PayPal. It seemed like a good site, had decent reviews as well so I tried to be careful but the item never shipped THE STORE THOUGH... gave me a refund! And you'd say "cool" until some days later on PayPal I see the refund, color green, with a line on top of it and the word "canceled - refund" on it.
Now I think the refund didn't go through... and my ONLY option seems to be contacting the store itself, guess what? They haven't answered in a month. So
I get it. Probably got scammed of a whole rendered commission worth of money BUT UM... is there really NO WAY for PayPal to help in this case? I tried opening one of those tickets that let PayPal check on things but it doesn't open it on the malfunctioning refund.
Anyone knows how to fix this? If there's any alternative?

PayPal customer support does work well. It just takes time. Shoot them a message and send evidence that they scammed you. Should work out.
