Most won't let you make a full custom domain for free, but the two site builders that I've found the easiest to use are Weebly and Carrd. Although Carrd technically isn't a "full multipage builder" it's still fairly flexible, and I have notably less experience with Weebly but I was able to figure it out within a few hours.
Now mind you, both of these don't let you have a full custom link for free (I think,
. Weebly might, but you would still have to find somewhere to claim a free domain). Instead they but your username in front of the site name (for example, ebonyravenway .carrd.co).
