life update: okay srsly i really have no idea what happened to me…
i think i was spiked or smth
idk how or when it happened but my body hurts so much and when i had my anxiety attack my temperature got really high and i started hyperventilating and sweating which never happened before
however i have no visible marks on my body and i haven’t consumed anything that could’ve started such a violent reaction so idk how to confirm my doubt i wanna go to the ER but it’d take so many hours and even if there was any substance in my body it’d disappear, and i’m supposed to leave in less than a day
worst part is that i didn’t even go somewhere where i could’ve been spiked i was just hanging outside with my friends
i’m kind of scared maybe this is just my paranoia talking but the sudden change of temperature was what really alarmed me…
idk what to do tbhJun 27, 2022

Youve probably not been spiked - most spikings are to make someone sleepy and easily influenced. You would have to have been given a stimulant, and pretty much no one gives those to strangers without their knowledge (they want to use those themselves!)
Feeling hot, sweating and hyperventilating are all physical symptoms of either anxiety or panic attacks. Im no expert on either, btw, and I don't have an explanation for the pain. But it's possible, if it lasted up to 30 minutes, you could have just had a panic attack. Or a stronger anxiety attack than usual.
I'm getting the info from the UKs NHS website - https://www.nhs.uk/mental-health/feelings-symptoms-behaviours/feelings-and-symptoms/anxiety-fear-panic/
You're probably fine and there's nothing to worry about. Obviously, keep an eye on how your body feels, but it really might just all be anxiety being an Ass. If things feel like theyre worsening, is there a non emergency line you can call for medical advice? If you think you need to speak with someone, a service like that might be useful.
