Finally! After 5 hours, I actually have everything sorted out. I kinda thought too much on the designs cause I always thought I might mess up. So, here you go!

I wanted to design @/the_maskedchris 's ocs, CJ and Ruby, in Neo Outfits. But then it took so long for me to think about it cause I wanted to wait until the Neo Mod was fully out to get started. Since it's fully out a few weeks ago, here's Neo CJ. Might take some more time to think a Neo Design for Ruby. So wish me luck I guess
